Online Shop (dkyarn.hk) is operated at 24 hours x 7 days.
Free delivery is available for purchases over $400. For purchases below $400, a delivery fee of HK$30 per order will be charged.
You can also pick products at our Mongkok shop (no delivery charge)
Customers can choose to purchase through payment by Octopus, PayMe, FPS, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay & Credit Card etc.
Cash is also acceptable for physical in-store purchase.
Generally speaking, it takes about 2-3 days from the customer’s order to the successful receipt (Hong Kong area), depending on:
- SF delivery service
- Our available stock
After receiving an online order, we will contact the customer and confirm information via whatsapp.
We do not support exchange/ refund for any purchased items.
To exchange other yarn products or colours, a customer has to keep the proper brand papers and the unused goods. The company will decide whether to exchange it or not depending on the situation. In any cases, no refund will be given.
Knitting needles, books or other accessories cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We can arrange free replacement or exchange in the store. If any delivery cost is incurred, the customer will be responsible.
