Delivery Services

  1. Online shopping is available for both members (after login) or non-members. Members will enjoy more convenience for their future orders as the orders data will be kept.
  2. Free delivery is available for purchases over $400. For purchases below $400, a delivery fee of HK$30 per order will be charged.
  3. Customers can use WHATSAPP 9696 2070/ Facebook Message to send order records.
  4. Delivery scope of SF Express: Hong Kong only (i.e. Hong Kong Island/Kowloon/New Territories). Our shop does not provide delivery services to areas outside Hong Kong.
  5. Delivery address can be customers’ designated address (residential or commercial), or any of SF Express’ self-collection points or boxes (with clear SF store codes.) (Check SF stores addresses & codes.) (Check EF locker addresses & codes.
  6. Usual delivery time of SF Express is: 9am-6pm from Monday to Saturday.
  7. Where necessary, our team will contact you to re-confirm the stock status and delivery time.
  8. When there is no shortage of goods, each order will be completed within one to two weeks from order placement to delivery.
  9. After submitting the order without settling the payment within 5 days, the order will be cancelled.
  10. The SF express will contact the customer (by phone or by SMS) before arrival to ensure the receipt of goods. If the recipient cannot be contacted, another delivery time may be required.
  11. If there is a No. 8 typhoon signal or black rainstorm warning or other expected circumstances, the delivery service may be delayed.
  12. The colours in website photos and actual products might be different. The colour of actual products is final.
  13. If you want to re-order your existing products, please double check the product brand and its colour and lot numbers, or send to WHATSAPP for checking stock’s availability before ordering or payment.

Exchange Services

  1. If there are any damages or problems with the goods delivered, the customer must keep the receipt, the complete brand papers and the unused goods, and notify the company within 24 hours. The company will decide whether to replace it depending on the situation. In any cases, no refund will be given.
  2. Knitting needles, books or other accessories cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  3. We can arrange free replacement or exchange in the store. If any delivery cost is incurred, the customer will be responsible.
  4. If the damage is caused by the customer, our company has the right to refuse the exchange. Our company has the right to refuse all unreasonable exchange or return requests.
